• Cancun International Ariport Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. We recommend to rent a vehicle and drive to the villa. Experience the Riviera Maya treasures and relax at the villa.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). 15 minutes along the beach and you are in the center of the village of Akumal with its restaurants and shops. 30 minute drive will get you to bustling Playa del Carmen where there is plenty of night life, shopping and wonderful restaurants.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. Two 2-person ocean kayaks are included for your enjoyment.
• Nearby Attractions: Snorkeling, diving, cave diving, Mayan ruins, nature water parks.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
