The house is located on the beach and is just a few feet to the ocean. The view is nothing but sugar white sand and the ocean unless you consider the people walking by. Of course there are always sea gulls wanting to be fed and you can also watch the dolphins as they swim by.

Distances

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are several golf courses in Gulf Shores all less than a 30 minute drive even to the most remote one.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Downtown Gulf Shores is approximately 3 miles where you can find plenty of places to eat and shop. There is a convenience store within approximately 1 mile. If you are looking for a place really close by, the Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club has a restaurant and it is directly across the street from the house.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The house is on the beach only a few steps from the ocean.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
