The island, which you can access by means of a road reserved for the guests, is particularly indicated for those who want to spend a holiday that combines sunny beaches, sport and nature. The structure is characterized by a luxuriant atmosphere with natural lawns, avenues and marine birds that frame the sport facilities: golf, tennis, horse riding as well as boat, bike, etc. hire. Some facilities, such as the swimming pool, are free: the others are upon payment and to be booked on site. Private parking. DISTANCES: 30 m the sea (bathing, pier for boats), 0.2 km equipped beach, restaurants and grocery shops nearby, 50 km Rovigo, 80 km Venice.
ACCOMMODATION: (120 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room with fireplace (TV) and access to the small garden in front and to the porch in the back equipped for outdoor dining, kitchen corner (freezer, dishwasher, microwave). 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). Simple furniture. Baby-bed available. Microwave.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
