    The view is amazing! Three Sisters and Rundle Mountains are in plain view from balcony.

    Please note that the private entry to the unit is at street level. Upon entering the foyer area, you then ascend a flight of stairs to access the main living area. There is not an elevator or wheelchair lift inside the unit.

    • Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The Greyhound Bus stop is located on Main Street - about a 10 minute walk. A taxi between any two Canmore locations is $5. Currently, there is no public transportation in Canmore, but several private companies offer ski and airport shuttles.
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 25 minute(s). Canmore Nordic Centre is 10 minutes away and offers cross-country skiing only. Banff Mount Norquay is a 25 minute drive. Sunshine Village is a 45 minute drive to the parking area and a 15 minute gondola ride to the base of the hill. Calgary Olympic Park is 45 minutes away and Lake Louise Mountain Resort is 60 minutes away.

    A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
    CANCELLATION POLICY: Notice of cancellation must be in writing (email is acceptable). Notice of cancellation with more than 30 days notice: $300 Booking Deposit is non-refundable Notice of cancellation with less than 30 days notice: 50% of booking fee is non-refundable* Notice of cancellation with less than 14 days notice: 100% of booking fee is non-refundable* *If we are able to re-rent any portion of your stay, the Booking Fee will be refunded accordingly, less a $300 administration fee to cover our time and expenses.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $100 will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 14 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $40/hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
