    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details

    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit
    Deposit : A deposit of 25% of rental fee is requested upon reservation. The remainder of the rental amount must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival. A damage deposit of $750 is required before arrival, this will be refunded one week after the completion of your stay. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Refunds : Any reservation cancelled 60 days prior to check-in will result in forfeiture of $200.00 of the 25% deposit. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days prior to check-in will forfeit the entire 25% deposit or $350.00, whichever is greater. If the time period is subsequently re-booked, we will refund the 25% deposit less $150.00.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
