It sits near the main house on four acres of meadows surrounded by redwood trees. The property is approximately 12 miles from the romantic town of Mendocino in a farmy, coastal setting.

The ground floor has two walls of windows looking out into the majestic redwoods and quiet meadows with a warm wood stove. It has a dining area, a small kitchen area, a full bathroom, a living area with an old fashioned looking gas log heating stove, VCR, CD player, and a sleeping alcove with a king sized bed.
The second story is a sitting room with a writer's desk, rocking chair and a balcony amid the trees.
The third story has a loft with queen sized bed.
