Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

It is requested that the clients contact the owner, for details, at any time, before and during the booking.

• Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
