Payments and Policies
Payment Details
There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques
If you are interested in making a booking a 10% deposit will be required in advance to confirm the booking. The remaining 90% can be paid on arrival.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 6 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
