Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
