The ground floor has a very spacious double bedroom with comfortable chairs in a reading corner with windows opening onto the terrace to enjoy the wonderful views down the valley. This bedroom also has a very large en-suite bathroom with massive bath/Jacuzzi and a separate shower cubicle.The swimming pool is set slightly below the house and is attractively landscaped, with individual seating areas under the shade of olive trees. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
