Situated in the middle of three adjoining cottages, the views from this property are stunning. Nestling at the head of a valley just below the Zafarraya Pass on the Málaga/Granada border. Surprisingly spacious the cottage has a covered sitting area and sunny pool with sunbathing terrace. The bedrooms on the first floor both have terraces and lovely views. The ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada are 90 minutes away and the city of Granada can be reached in an hour. Situated just below the village of Alcaucín with its bar/restaurants, this is an excellent venue for a very comfortable holiday. Private swimming pool (3 x 3m; 1.5 deep) available Apr-Sep.. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
