Any time of year, this delightful villa makes an ideal holiday choice. Set on a hillside, in the midst of olive groves, it enjoys breathtaking valley views. 'Casa Hannah' is suitable for lets all year round as it has ceiling fans for the summer and central heating and a woodburning stove for the winter. Directly in front of the house is the fully enclosed, sunken pool area which offers a secluded and private sun trap all year round. Another paved area, has a built-in barbecue and outdoor seating. The garden has been lovingly landscaped by the English owners. The Sierras that surround this whole area offer excellent opportunities for walking, particularly in the spring, whilst the lovely Mediterranean beaches are only 20 minutes' drive. The historic Moorish city of Granada is less than 2 hours' drive away via the horseshoe shaped Zaffaraya Pass. Private swimming pool (8 x 4m; 1.25 - 1.5m deep), available all year; enclosed. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
