Located along the Bayof Alcudia which has 17 km of sandy beach. There are woods, the nature park and the beautiful bay.
• The local train station is Muro and is around 5 miles from your apartment. The service to Palma is frequent and reliable. Palma airport is around a 45 minutes to 1 hour car journey depending on traffic. Easy access to the public transport which connects the different resorts of Mallorca, like Alcudia, Pollensa, Formentor, Inca and Palma de Mallorca.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are over 30 golf courses on the island, two of them are within a 30 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Your nearest town to the villa is Can Picafort which takes around 5 minutes by car. Can Picafort has a number of hotels and restaurants, a Yacht club, supermarkets and a varied selection of other shops. Further away is Alcudia (20 minutes by car) which boasts a wide selection of restaurants and shops.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and boat lift. The walk to the nearest beach is around 20 minutes or five minutes by car with easy parking. we are just a few minutes from one of the islands most spectacular unspoiled stretches of beach. The beach is backed by sand dunes and S´Albufera Nature reserve.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
