Close by is the exclusive zone of Betlem. There is a nice Club Nautico away from the tourist activity, but with all leisure and type of services in the environs. A place that you will enjoy without any doubt.

    Villa with private pool. Very well located, peaceful and quiet, close to a lovely Club Nautico (harbour). Large terrace with BBQ and outside dining area overlooking the bay. Close to beaches and restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and cafes.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Plenty of golf courses in the surroundings.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Two minutes walk to Colonia St. Pere.
    • Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. Ocean front.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    20% deposit in advance. Balance in cash on arrival day.

    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
