The Siesta 2 apartments have their own private gardens and pool, parking, floodlit tennis courts, barbecue area, and laundry. All of the apartments are privately owned and many are residential. The building, gardens, and pool are maintained to a very high standard. The spacious reception areas are cool and welcoming with a 24 hr reception service and large library.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Alcanada golf course overlooks the sea and has a new top quality club house and facilities. There are 2 golf courses in the area. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a small supermarket, many resturants, bars, a pharmacy/doctors and much more all within a 5/10 minute walk. There are tapas bars, restaurants, bars and supermarkets within a 5 min walk. • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The apartment is situated in an area of lakes and canals. On the nearby lake, there are water sports, many activities for children, and locally there is a water park. The beach is a 10 min walk away and is the best on the island. Beach is 7 miles long and holds the EU Blue flag award.
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
