The balcony is equipped with patio table and chairs and overlooks the pool with panoramic views over Alcudia to the coast. The apartment has two single beds and a double sofa bed. The dining area has a table and chairs and a small matching dresser. The apartment has been maintained to a high standard and is very light and spacious with air conditioning. The bathroom has been completely refurbished and has a bath and shower. There is a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space, TV and CD player. |

The Siesta 2 apartments have their own private gardens and pool, floodlit tennis courts, barbecue area, and laundry. All of the apartments are privately owned and many are residential. The building, gardens, and pool are maintained to a very high standard. The spacious reception areas are cool and welcoming with a 24 hour reception service and large library.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Alcanada golf course overlooks the sea and has a new top quality club house and facilities. There are 2 golf courses in the community. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a small supermarket, many restaurants, bars, tapas, a pharmacy/doctors and much more all within a 5/10 minute walk. • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The apartment is situated in an area of lakes and canals. The beach is a ten minute walk. On the nearby lake, there are water sports, many activities for children, and locally there is a water park. Beach is 7 miles long and holds the EU Blue flag award.
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 8:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
