There is a dinner table and chairs for 8 people in the large fully equipped and fitted kitchen. Equipment such as juicers (you get lovely oranges in the area) are a bonus!

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). 1 Double Bed (sleeps 2).This large double bedroom could be considered as another master bedroom. It has an ensuite shower room, hair dryer, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers. Air conditioning/heating, matching curtains and linen. This bedroom is on the ground floor.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 4 has toilet, shower and one basin.
The property is built on a slight hill. It overlooks few properties at about 150 meters. Otherwise it's just nature.
Washer/Dryer are in laundry room along with ironing table, iron, and vacuum cleaner. The fourth bathroom is downstairs so that once you come out of the pool you can access it easily. The garden has a private stone/brick, free standing barbecue as well as a large stone table and seating. The pool is lit and is in the front garden which has a beautiful lawn and is also lit. The whole property has a hedge and is fully fenced at the rear to give the added seclusion and privacy.
• Faro Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive. The airport is about 8 km away. Taxis are available but you will need a car.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Quinta shopping is 1 km away. Almancil is 2 km away. Faro's "Forum Algarve" shopping mall is 8 km away. • Nearby Attractions: Local activities include golf (you are surrounded by famous golf courses) swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, water skiing, mountain biking, mountaineering, paragliding. Beach is a 5 min drive or 15 min walk. The Garrao area as it was known before the all the following resorts appeared: Vale do Lobo, Quinta Jacintina, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Garrao, Dunas Douradas and such developments are all within a stone's throw away from each other, providing a plethora of activities from golf, tennis, horse riding, go karting, restaurants, bars etc etc. You can easily drive from east to west of Algarve within 1 hour. Therefore you can choose how to spend your days...busy, noisy, relaxed or whichever way as all can be accessed within a short drive away. Whether it is shopping, eating, clubbing or indeed enjoying other beaches. The Algarve is your oyster and on that note it is a Seafood paradise!
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
