Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
During period from May to September, Saturday is the arriving and departing day.
Shorter periods can be accepted according to the availability. Every method of payment is well accepted with prior agreement with the owner. The apartment is available from 1200 a.m. of the arrival booked day and must be left at 9 a.m. of the departing day.

The kitchenette is new, modern nice and all equipped designed as an open-space to the living-room.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
The apartment, which is beautifully furnished to a very high quality, is composed of living room which faces to the pretty little kitchen. The large living area has two very comfortable sofas, a 32' flat screen TV, a DVD/MP3 player and a radio/stereo. The kitchenette is new, modern, nice and all equipped designed as an open-space to the living-room. There is two tables with 7 chairs. The bathroom is elegant old style furnished with a bath tub with shower and furnished of a funny stereo radio. There are 2 bedrooms. There are two balconies one of which is spacious enough to sit and to taste a good tea or a drink.
