Townhouse

This lovely townhouse is situated on the Alhaurin Golf Resort, in the Sierra de Mijas, on the edge of a national park and nature reserve. Our Andalucian style house has a spacious feel and is stylishly furnished and well equipped. The house is southwest facing, so has plenty of sunshine. Apart from on site golf, we have tennis and horse riding close by. The area is great for country walks, and has several good Spanish restaurants near by. This location is ideal for a golf or country holiday, and has the advantage of being near to the famous town of Mijas and short drive to the coast.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 50%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
