From the house and/or the deck you will see beautiful, peaceful vignettes of the lake and the wildlife around the lake.

• Lake is located less than 1 minute away. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. Public boat ramp, Lake has fishing, waterskiing, rowing, windsailing so bring your supplies and enjoy.
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 8:00 AM and check out before 3:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 50.00 will apply. A fee of 10.00 per day will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
