Villa - great semi-detached villa in golden triangle - Algarve
Located in Quinta Jacintina between Quinta do Lago and Vale de Lobo, the villa has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher machine, coffee machine, toaster, iron, ,,,), a spacious lounge and a large terrace on the 1st floor. The private pool is large.
It has portable BBQ, sun beds and garden furniture.
In the front of the house there is a large parking (in the street and 1 car inside)
These is a nice quit zone special for relax holidays, but of course you can go to the Trigonometria disco Club just 2Km from the house. New 5 star restaurant at 100mts.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 35 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 150.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
