Ground floor room.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, bathtub, shower, one basin and bidet.

From the front of the house you enjoy spectacular views over looking the "Gary Player" designed golf course, leading down to the harbour and Mediterranean sea. The view is panoramic from the Roof terrace, bedroom 1, and from the living room terrace. You can enjoy a BBQ whilst watching the sunset over the sea. To the right, in the winter months you can see the snow capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada, whilst wearing nothing but a swiming suit.....truly amazing. From the back of the house you look back onto further housing and the cliff face into which the houses have been built.

A 'complex' is either a condo, walled community, lodge, apartment or townhouse development.

• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You are overlooking the fantastic golf course which is very competitively priced. The drive to the club house is 2 minutes (assuming you dont want to carry your clubs, the walk is about 10 minutes to the club house).
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The distance to the local ski resort in Sierra Nevada is about a 1 hour 30 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). It is a nice 15 minute stroll from the house to the Marina where you can enjoy great food in great value restaurants. There are all the required facilities in the Marina including bars, restaurants, laundry services, internet cafes, craft shops, supermarkets etc.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The walk to the ocean from the house is about 15 minutes. The beach and promenade are about 3 miles long and very wide. The beach has been awarded the blue flag for cleanliness and safety and has life guards during peak season. The sand quality is not brilliant but it is cleaned every day in peak season.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 75) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
