The apartment is furnished to a high standard with all amenities close at hand. The beach is approximately 600 metres away and is within walking distance. The towns of Vera are close by and there are plentiful markets in the area. The lovely town of Mojacar with its white hilltop village is within a ten minute drive. Granada is a two hour drive and the apartment is approximately forty-five minutes from Almeria Airport and one hour and fifteen minutes from Murcia airport.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). The lovely village of Palomares with shopping, banks, local supermarket, baker and a few local bars is within a ten minute walk. The main shopping town of Vera is close by. It has regular market days and you can easily drive there in fifteen minutes.

    • Nearby Attractions: There is a water park approximately ten minutes away, located next to the Consum supermarket. Also the lovely town of Mojacar and its beaches is close.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
