Our properties have views over the golf course, the Mediterranean Sea, the beach, the Yacht harbor, the nature reserve Punta Estinas-Sabinar, the mountains "Las Alpujarras" and the village center of Almerimar.

Payments and Policies• The nearest airport is Almeria. It is 40 km from the property and will take about 40 minutes to reach by car. The airports Malaga and Alicante are 2½ hours drive from Almerimar.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The golf course is 100 m from the house. The golf course entrance is a 15 minute walk. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The drive to the ski resort Sierra Nevada is one and a half hours. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You can go by foot to the nearest shopping, dining facilities. Also the village center walking distance(1.5 km). • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The walk to the beach can be done in 10 minutes (1.5 km).
Payment Details
200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Cash Besides the completed reservation form which should be faxed, send a bank transfer of 200 euros to confirm the reservation. At your arrival you pay the rent. The last day we check the property and we give you back the deposit of 200 euros. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Cribcan be provided. • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
