A country house situated in a white village call Alozaina. A Village that is part of a Natural Park And also part of a Biosphere reserve. It is olive tree country. Most of the people works with the olives.
The House is 2.5 km to the village, so it is a walk to the village and at the same time it is apart from it.
The flowers, the trees and the rest of the things you will see around it, will help you to relax and to catch the Andalusia's´ way of live.
Sometimes the problems are not so important. Sometimes it is not necessary to be so fast. It is a good opportunity to try something different.

    The House is surrounded by olives trees. There are many beautiful views around, for example the village and the mountains. It is a special place to walk and find new views.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). You will have the choice of several restaurants. The food is very good. There are many walks you can do around the house (short) and also around the village. It is also 45 km to Ronda, 52km to Málaga, 20 km to Coin, and more or less an hour to the coast. (Marbella, Mijas, Fuengirola,Benalmádena and Torremolinos). There several shops in the village and in Coin.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    50% of the rent and the security deposit must be payed 15 days in advance; in any case the total sum must be deposited before occupying the establishment.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
