Payments & Deposit

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge.
Visa, Master Card, Amex, PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Will accept payments in CDN, Sterling, USD, Euro or Australian dollars via personal cheque, money order, email transfer or wire transfer. Current exchange rates would apply. If you require payment via credit card, then it is done via pay pal, and a 3.5% charge would apply.
Booking Deposit
Payment policy is flexible.
Deposit is usually the amount of the security ($200.00) unless you are a repeat guest. First nights rent would then apply.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Xmas, New Years or stays of one month or more require payment 60 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 75.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Cancellation of long term rentals are non refundable (30 days or more)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200.00 CAD is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Security/damage deposit will be increased for monthly long term rentals to an amount of $500.

Check In/Out Times Policies - Property Access

Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependant on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM
Noise by-laws are subject to fines in all properties. Quiet time must be adhered to for the pleasure of other guests.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
I do NOT rent to anyone who smokes. Please respect my wishes and rent another home if you smoke. Loss of security and/or additional cleaning fees will apply if any smoke smell is found in the home. This also pertains to any guests you may have as well. Thank you.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
We cater to mature couples or families. Younger people under 25 must be approved by the owner and a higher security may be required. Exceptions have been made in the past.

Services & Fees

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
Complex has a bi-law stating no pets. Guests bringing pets into the hotel are subject to $200 fines.
NOTE: Disabled persons traveling with a Service Animal have special rights.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
Fee of 65.00 CAD for stays that are 3 to 4 nights in duration.
Cleaning is provided before and after each stay on stays of 6 nights or more. Short stays of 5 nights or less require a partial charge of $50.00
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service.
A guest must request this optional service.
Cleaning is included before and after your stay. Monthly stays or longer at discounted rates do NOT always include any cleaning except for minimal departure cleaning. Cleaning can be ordered throughout the stay for $50 each visit. Please inquire if you have questions.
Linen
All linens and towels are provided, as well as pillows and blankets for beds.
Parking
Parking is charged at this hotel at $15 per day. Please inquire if my FREE parking is available across the street.
