Cozy Penthouse Unit with Fireplace & Kitchen

This cozy penthouse studio with vaulted ceilings, air-conditioning, gas fireplace, and a full kitchen offers a great Village location and in-room amenities.

Living Space
The main living area includes a gas fireplace and a queen sofabed and queen Murphy bed. The compact kitchen includes a full-size oven range, microwave, sink, and small fridge as well as a small eating area. The small balcony has fabulous Village and mountain views.

Bed & Bath
This studio does not have a separate bedroom however there are two queen beds in the main living area. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo.

Outdoor Space
A full wall of windows opens up to a small balcony overlooking the many shops and restaurants below.

Parking and Amenities
Underground PAY parking is offered. It is $15.00 per day and is payed ON SITE. Guests can also enjoy use of the common laundry room with coin operated machines, fitness room, common hot tubs, and heated outdoor pool.

Distances
The free Village shuttle stop is just down the street and will take guests to the lifts in under 5 minutes. Golf is less than a 10 minute walk away and the lifts are less than an 8 minute walk away.
