25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
If you cancel a reservation you will be charged of the following penalties starting from the date of your written notification:
If the cancellation arrives after the payment of the deposit, the 25% of the letting price will not be returned;
50% of the weekly price (or rented period) will be charged if the cancellation is made/notified up to 60 days before the first day rent;
80% of the weekly price (or rented period) will be charge if the cancellation is made/notified up to 40 days before the first day rent.
No refund will be returned if the cancellation is made in the 30 days before the first day rent or in case of non show at the apartment..

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 30.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
