    The privilege of this apartment is that they enjoy a wonderfully convenient and central location, as well as being very quiet and peaceful. It is fully air conditioned and have the open-plan living/dining room/kitchen and a complete bathroom at the entrance level. The interiors have been recently refurbished throughout to provide comfortable accommodation. The rooms are simply, yet tastefully decorated and furnished with nice and modern furniture.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

    5% fee charged when using PayPal

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Crib: €52, H.Chair:€25.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10/hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
