Between June 1 and September 29 Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.
Special Conditions
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

    The apartment is in very good condition. Electric heater.The apartment is just 3kms from Amalfi with stunning views of the coastline from its two balconies. The apartment is a wonderful choice for your holiday accommodation. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated this little apartment will immediately make you feel relaxed and welcome. As you enter you will find a modern corner kitchen, a lounge/dining room with a single sofa-bed (where another person can sleep at an extra cost of € 80 per week) and a TV. From here you can access the first balcony. There is a double bedroom with access to the second balcony. The double bedroom is separated by an ingenious partition for privacy that can also be opened up to create an open plan area.

There are more buses starting from Amalfi centre every 45 minutes. The Amalfi Coast is one of the most beautiful in the world. It has stunning scenery untouched by modern architecture. This has preserved its old charm. Celebrated worldwide for its splendour, the coast unwinds between Sorrento and Salerno, with its imposing rocky buttresses embroidered by the waves of the sea.
    • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. The nearest beach is 1.5 km from the apartment, reachable also through a ramp of stairs.
    • Nearby Attractions: Emerald Grotto in Conca dei Marini is 5 kms away. Pompei and Ercolano ruins are a 1 hour drive. Positano is 30 minutes. Amalfi with its Duomo and the paper mills. Ravello and the breathtaking views from the Villas Cimbrone and Rufolo is minutes away. Capri is 1 hour by ferry departing from the harbour of Amalfi or the nearer Positano: visit Mount Solaro and the Blu Grotto there. Sorrento is 25 kms. The Greek temples of Paestum are a 2 hour drive. Caserta Royal Palace (little Versailles) are a 2 hour drive. The magnificent town of Naples is a 1 hour and 30 minute by car or 2 hours by public transportations bus+train. The Vesuvio, the only active volcano on the European mainland is a 1 hour drive.

    Payment Details
    A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    PAYMENT SCHEDULE Once we have confirmed your reservation, we will require payment of 50% of the full rental amount in deposit. Acceptable payment methods include postal order, bank draft, bank transfer or credit card. Within 45 days of the first day of rental, we will require the balance of payment in full. In the event that reservation is confirmed within a 45 day period of the first day of rental, full payment may be required, or at least, you will need to guarantee the reservation by credit card.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
