Between June 1 and September 29 Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
There is a beautiful terrace surrounded by flowers with a magnificent view on the coast.
The apartment is in very good condition. Although the apartment doesn't have air conditioning, sea breeze keeps it cool. The deck is covered with flowers and vegetation, and safe for small children. The apartment is on the second floor below street level and consists of a living room with two single sofabeds which accommodates two extra people at € 20 per person per week, and an equipped kitchen which is also fitted with a washing machine. There is a master bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The flat has a spacious terrace with a pergola which can be accessed from the lounge room and the master bedroom. The terrace is equipped with a cast iron table with a beautiful Vietri ceramic table top and chairs. You can enjoy breakfast here in the morning as you watch the sunrays spread across the hills illuminating everything like jewels on display.
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.

- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
