Casa is set in the middle of historical center of Amalfi in an outstanding location overlooking the beautiful scenery of irregular red cotta rooftops of the town centre dominated by the Moorish bell tower and the beautiful façade of the Cathedral and onto the sea. Each room has views and doors to the terrace which runs the length of the apartment.
Meandering through the quaint walkways of Amalfi , you will reach the house situated on top floor (approx.110 steps) of a building dating back to the XVII century. The interior of the property is particularly light, airy and very comfortably furnished.
Accommodation: (100 sqm) entrance into living/dining room furnished with table for 6 people, sofa, chairs, TV etc opening through French doors to the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the town center, fully equipped
kitchen, master bedroom with French doors to the side terrace, 1 twin bedroom (on request can be made up as double) with French doors to the terrace, 1 twin bedroom ( beds cannot be joined ) with windows with views, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub. From the entrance 20 steps lead to the roof terrace which has to be shared with the owner who occasionally occupies an independent studio flat on the terrace.
• Napoli Capodichino Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. The nearest train station is in Salerno about 27 kms away (a 1 hour drive); the nearest airport is in Napoli about 60 kms away (a 2 hour drive).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The house is in the town centre, all essentials ( bars, shops, restaurants, banks and post office) are nearby.
• The house is in the town centre, about 5 minutes from the sea. On the beach it is possible to rent umbrellas, sun beds, a canoe and a small sailboat.
• Nearby Attractions: Regular bus service operates from the nearby Flavio Gioia square to the other towns in the region: Ravello 5 Km, Scala 5 Km, Sorrento 35 Km, Positano 22 Km. Ferries and hydrofoil ply daily from Amalfi to Capri (1½ h.),Positano (20 min.), Ischia (2½ h) and Salerno (1 h.) The services operate only during the spinning Summer.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Crib € 52,00, high chair € 25,00.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of € 10.00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
