Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Cash - Diners Club
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance).
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 20%) are refunded.
Traveller's checks are accepted.

• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 8:00AM.
