Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
Special Conditions
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Cash - Diners Club
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 20%) are refunded. Traveller's checks are accepted.
