The village is a favorite among the people who stay and live here because of its tranquility and the fact that it is an easy place to discover and explore from, at your leisure. This Villa was first built at the turn of last century, redolent of the style of the traditional houses of the area. This villa has 100 steps to climb down from the main road.

Special Conditions
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday. Please note the villa has 100 steps to climb down the main road.

    The house was recently restructured and refurnished and has terrific terraces and gardens that partially surround the villa along with a well equipped kitchen. The villa is on three floors, each one having separate access to the exit of the house while the two main floors (first and second) are connected with an internal staircase.

    Payment Details

    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    PAYMENT SCHEDULE Once we have confirmed your reservation, we will require payment of 50% of the full rental amount in deposit. Acceptable payment methods include postal order, bank draft, bank transfer or credit card. Within 45 days of the first day of rental, we will require the balance of payment in full. In the event that reservation is confirmed within a 45 day period of the first day of rental, full payment may be required, or at least, you will need to guarantee the reservation by credit card.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 3 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
