....a small village situated in the area of Ravello in the heart of the spectacular Amalfi coast. The beach can be reached by road using 200 stairs and there you will find a bar and a restaurant. The entrance is free. From here the Sita public bus company provides a frequent service all through the villages of the Amalfi Coast. You can also walk to the beach.

Arrival Day
Between June 16 and September 29 Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.
Special Conditions
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

    Summary: living room with kitchen, a single sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with washing machine, toilet, bidet, wash basin and shower. From the living room you have access to the terrace that measures approximately 20 square meters. Not recommended in winter times. Table, chairs and deck chairs for relaxing and enjoying good times.

    • Train Station in Salerno, 20 Km away, airport of Naples about 70 Km. Bus stop is on the road to connect the apartment to Amalfi, Ravello, Sorrento, Salerno and Naples.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Restaurants and shops are situated in Atrani, a village near the apartment reachable by a 10 minute walk. There is a grocery store and within 100 meters (109 yds)there is the bus stop. The bus connecting Castiglione, Ravello and Amalfi are very frequent. Amalfi is 1,8 Km from the apartment. Parking is difficult and therefore we’ll advise you to use the comfortable frequent public bus line.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. Walk about 10 minutes on the road and choose either to use Atrani beach (few steps)or Castiglione beach (about 100 steps).

    Payment Details

    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    PAYMENT SCHEDULE Once we have confirmed your reservation, we will require payment of 50% of the full rental amount in deposit. Acceptable payment methods include postal order, bank draft, bank transfer or credit card. Within 45 days of the first day of rental, we will require the balance of payment in full. In the event that reservation is confirmed within a 45 day period of the first day of rental, full payment may be required, or at least, you will need to guarantee the reservation by credit card.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 30.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
