Each apartment (of 3) has its own kitchen, and is totally independent from others.
Possible to cook and eat outside, on large terraces, in front of the sea !!!
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Very large ( 14 square meters) and panoramic bedroom: balcony in front of sea, sun and Amalfi 's amazing view.
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2), 1 Single Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1).
1 Twin Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 1).
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
I have no words to describe the amazing view from the balcony and terraces: you will have your tea, dinner, lunch and breakfast in front of the blue mediterranean sea !Just transparent blue sea-water and more transparent blue sea-water ....!
Parking on the street (free) or pay parking in a private parking in front of villa (10 meters away), at Ristorante Cannaverde. The price is 20 euro for each 24 hours, payment in advance.

Easy and cheap to reach by flight (Ryanair daily flights)- By air: Naples airport (about 60 KM). - By train: Salerno train station,take the bus SITA and drop down in front of Villa cannaverde. -By car coming from Naples: take the highway Napoli-Pompei-Salerno. Exit the highway in Vietri sul Mare and, from there, take the Amalfi Coast road. Drive carefully now because this road is a just a sequence of narrow curves. After about 4 Km you pass through the town of Cetara and after 6 more Km you will find the Villa Cannaverde on the road, at your right hand.
- Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. Bus stop downstairs, frequency every 30 minutes, Name of Bus Company: SITA
By bus SITA(bus stop is exactly downstairs) you may reach easily the beaches of Maiori (3 minutes), Amalfi (10 minutes), Positano, Sorrento, Ravello and all beautiful Amalfi's Coast villages.
Other picturesque small beaches are hidden along the coast and can be reached by steps or boat.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s).
Ristorante CANNAVERDE: in front of house, 10 meters.
Ristorante SANTA MARIA: 4 minutes walking, 150 meters.
Ristorante MAMMATO (the best!!!): at Maiori Village, 3 minutes by car or bus, 15 minutes walking.

Hints and Tips:
Many pubs and restaurants serve good fish and gorgeous pizza at cheap enough prices.
- Beach is located within a 3 minute(s) drive.
- Nearby Attractions: Villa is close to Maiori (2 km.) and it’s ideally located for excursions on the coast to Amalfi, Positano, Capri and Ravello. It is close to the modern city of Salerno with its beautiful front see boulevard. From Salerno and Amalfi there are daily connections with Positano and the isle of Capri. If you are interested in Roman archaeology and history, a visit to Pompei is a must. Vestiges of ancient Greek classic temples are not far away in Paestum. About the Amalfi Coast, National Geographic wrote: "The coast line around Amalfi is quite simply breathtaking. Cliffs plunge steeply into the azure sea with picturesque villages perched on their rocky sides, some of which until recently, were only accessible by boat.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40 EUROS.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
