Peaceful property of 2 hectares immersed in greenery, made up of a villa divided into 2 apartments, one of which is reserved for the owner and a nearby outbuilding. Peaceful position, beautiful view of the garden and the holm oak trees that surround the property. MERY 2 has its own equipped lawn (shared barbecue and wood burning oven for pizzas) as well as a shared lawn (entirely fenced in) where you will find a pleasant swimming pool (5x10). It is possible to go for beautiful walks. Wireless Internet connection. The owner has an independent outdoor area. Reserved, covered parking space. Within a radius of 50 km are the lakes of Piedilluco (Italian rowing centre), Bolsena, Vico, Bracciano and the artificial lake of Corbara. In about an hour's drive you can find the renowned Etruscan sites of Viterbo, Tarquinia, Tuscania and Blera.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
