Beautiful stone-built farmhouse only 600 m away from the characteristic medieval town of Guardea (basic necessity shops). The house is situated on the side of a hill that dominates over the oasis and lake Alviano (WWF natural park) offering a beautiful broad panorama of the valley of River Tevere. Peaceful position. The house is surrounded by a large equipped lawn (hammock, deck chairs, dining tables, wood burning pizza oven, lounge chairs) of 3000m2 with olive and fruit trees. Swimming pool (10x5). Domestic help for cleaning twice a week (two hours each time) is included in the price. It is possible to book the house for 8 sleeping spaces under the name GUARDEA 8: in this case the outbuilding and the 2 single bedrooms on the ground floor will not be available. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
