Extremely beautiful and very bright villa (abt. 500 m2) that belongs to an Italian cinema star, created from the careful restructuring and extension of an old farmhouse, whose main architectural characteristics have been retained: wooden beams on the ceilings, terracotta floors etc. An extensive and equipped lawn with swimming pool (7x15) surrounds the house (3,000 m2) as well as large grounds of about 1.5 ha, with orchards and olive groves. The villa is situated on a hill (350 m a.s.l.) in a very peaceful position and has beautiful views over the Roman countryside. Large garage.The villa is built over three levels with just a few steps leading from one level to the other. DISTANCES: 4 km from the small village of Fornale (food shops), 6 km from Amelia (all kinds of shops), 10 km the railway station at Orte, 40 km from Todi, 55 km from Orvieto, Viterbo and the Etruscan area of Tuscia, 90 km from Rome, a local train will take you there.
ACCOMMODATION: 1st level: spacious lounge (180 m2) with a grand piano (TV), fireplace, French windows which take up the space of an entire wall opening onto the garden. Next to the lounge, there is the cinema complete with cinema furniture and a billiards table (The projector is a period piece and cannot be used). The caretaker's family lives in a wing of the villa, which can be reached either externally or internally through the garage.
2nd level: living/dining room (150 m2) with fireplace, illuminated by its French windows and with access to a panoramic terrace, kitchen (dishwasher, 3 fridges with freezers), 1 twin bedded room with bathroom (bath and shower), access to the bedroom is also possible from an external terrace. 3rd level: 2 twin bedded rooms each with bathroom with shower , 1 large master double bedroom with fireplace, 1 bathroom with bath and shower. In front of the bedroom, there is a study. Attic: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Telephone. Staff have access to the grounds for the maintenance of the garden. Laundry room on the gr. fl. (washing machine). Cook available upon request and payment. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
