    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 3:00 PM.
    • A maximum of 1 pet is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size. A deposit of 100 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
