Fresh drinking water is available from the spring at the edge of the village, which is said to have healing properties!
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom is located on the downstairs level. Its stone walls and tile floor keep it cool during the hot summer months. Two windows look out over the river valley below, and there is an ensuite powder room.
2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). This bedroom has a small Juliet balcony looking out over the river valley below the village.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet and one basin.
From the kitchen and the patio we have 180 degree panoramic views of the valley of the Tech river and the mountains on the other side of the valley.
• Perpignan Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Gerona Airport is 1.5 hours away, Carcasonne Airport is 2 hours away, and Barcelona International Airport is 2 hours away.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 120 minute(s). Skiing resorts are located at Les Angles (France) and Valter 2000 (Spain)
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). There is a bakery and a small grocery store in the village, as well as a cafe. A pedestrian bridge leads across the Tech river to more shopping and dining, about a 10 minute walk. More restaurants and shops are found in Amelie les Bains, about 2 km away.
• Nearby Attractions: The town of Amelie les Bains is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive, and has a spa with thermal springs, as well as both daily and weekly markets. In Ceret (10 minutes by car) the Museum of Modern Art has works by Picasso, Chagall, Degas, etc.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
