An open kitchen and bathroom are sober but meet the needs.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
