Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 250) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Transaction Fees of 5.0% will be assessed if payment is received by use of a credit card.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
