2 Single Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Beds (sleeps 2). The Dinning Room of the houses next to the master bedroom has two stylish couches that convert into 2 single beds. The rest of the furniture consist of a square English table 90x90 cm that extends into 180x90, 4 table chairs, 1 corner table, 2 armchairs and 1 buffet with storage space
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The unit captures magnificent views to the Sea from all outside parts of it (courtyard, top terrace, patio) and from almost every room of the house. The same applies to the whole village which is built in such way as to face East (Anatoli in Greek) and to the sea.
A welcoming basket of food and fruits is provided upon arrival, including mainly biological products from the area, such as cheeses, wholewheat bread, eggs, milk, seasons fruits, a bottle of wine.
Compliments of the house are also a bottle of local olive oil, honey, marmalades, grounded coffee, teas, herbal tea of the area, and "raki" the locally made alcoholic drink (like ouzo).
• Heraklion Airport is within a 120 minute(s) drive. ROUTE I: Heraklion airport to Ierapetra in a highway at distance =95km. Ierapetra to Anatoli = 12km on a local road about 20 min.
ROUTE II: Heraklion airport-Kalo Chorio in a highway. At Kalo Chorio right turn towards Prina-Kalamakfa-Anatoli in a country, picturesque road, about 20 minutes.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. In Ierapetra there is bus terminal of the state bus for all over Crete and to Heraklion port and airport
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There is a local taverna in the village and another one two km outside. In the neighboring village Kalamafa lots of tavernas specializing in local food. In Ierapetra all kinds of restaurants, bars, pizza and tavernas.
• Beach is located within a 30 minute(s) drive.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 8:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
