The unit faces southeast and has open views to the sea and the surrounding natural landscape of outstanding value. Back view towards the village.
A welcoming basket of food and fruits is provided upon arrival, including mainly biological products from the area, such as cheeses, wholewheat bread, eggs, milk, seasons fruits, a bottle of wine.
Compliments of the house are also a bottle of local olive oil, honey, marmalades, grounded coffee, teas, herbal tea of the area, spices and "raki" the locally made alcoholic drink (like ouzo).

• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
