A welcoming basket of food and fruits is provided upon arrival, including mainly biological products from the area, such as cheeses, wholewheat bread, eggs, milk, seasons fruits, a bottle of wine. Compliments of the house are also a bottle of local olive oil, honey, marmalades, grounded coffee, teas, herbal tea of the area, spices and "raki" the locally made alcoholic drink (like ouzo).

• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
