20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded. Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
- A maximum of 2 pets are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200 will apply.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
- Pool heat is included in rates.
