2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Matching bedroom furniture with many storage units. 10ft x 10ft. Portable tv.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
This is a town-house on a street in the centre of the village of Villanueva De La Concepción. At street level there are some mountain peaks visible, and more from the first floor windows of the house. There are good views of surrounding mountains and hills from the roof terrace.
It is fun to explore Villanueva De La Concepción with its many small shops, bars, restaurants, banks and post office, and with friendly, helpful local people. At various times of the year the village celebrates its traditional festivals with a vibrant atmosphere for all to enjoy and feel part of. The English owned bar restaurant, frequented by English and Spanish, serves English sigand traditional Spanish cuisine, and has a free wifi zone. There is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool to swim and enjoy mountain views. El Torcal National Park, 8km by road, has unusual natural limestone sculptures and a new visitors’ centre. The village is convenient for visiting Antequera, Malaga, the Costa Del Sol, Granada, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. There are beautiful lakes one hour´s drive away. Many visitors use the village as a base for exploring Andalucia, and tell us they like to return to a nearby reasonably priced bar/restaurant in which to spend a relaxing evening after their day out.

- Malaga Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Take the road towards Casabermeja, where you join the A45, and follow airport signs in the direction of Algeciras.
- Transit: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. There are two buses daily into Malaga and Antequera.
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
- Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The nearest ski resort is Sierra Nevada, Granada.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). There are several bar/restaurants and small supermarkets, food shops, banks, chemist`s and a post office within easy walking distance in the village.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer Please contact me re. payment by credit card, so that I can give you the information needed to make a payment. There is a surcharge of 2% on credit card payments.

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- 4 or more Dogs and/or Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 7 Euros per hour.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
