Payments and Policies

Payment Details

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
Lost keys will incur a $20 charge and lost gate opener will incur a $40 charge for replacement.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
