Apartment is fully equipped to make your holiday accommodation a home away from home. Satellite T.V. give you the U.K. channels so you don't have to miss your favourite Soap. Many day trips details of which are shown in the apartment guide. Dozens of top quality golf courses such as Las Brisas, La Quinta, Aloha, Los Naranjos, Guadalmina within a 10 min. drive. Valderama and San Roque are only 45 mins away.

More Information
Apartment has a balcony with patio furniture. There are two large pools for your use set in tropical gardens. Check in not before 15.00 hrs and check out not after 10.00 am. These times can be flexible with the owner provided there are no other tenants arriving/departing on the same day.

• Malaga (agp) International Airport is 45 miles (60 km.). Bus Service is right outside the apartment block which has a service that takes you right along the Costa del Sol.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Within a 10 minute drive of 12 golf courses.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Puerto Banus hosts several international restaurants with lively bars and clubs if that is your pleasure, otherwise there is a plush Casino at 100 metres from the apartment. Many boutiques carry the top designer lables. The local bull-ring is but a 10 minute walk away and there is an open air market each Saturday morning. 'El Corte Ingles' hypermarket is 10 min from the apartment.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. Close to the Costa's finest beaches and Puerto Banus where you will rub shoulders with the rich and famous who moor their yachts in this trendy resort. Many water and fun parks for children within 10 min. drive.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Diners Club
The PayPal system is used for all credit card payments. Alternatively, payment can be made by Bank Transfer or Bank Draft.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
